WHVC make it 2-0 on Super Sunday

Sunday saw the Wildcats take on VK Mets, looking for revenge after suffering a defeat in the away fixture a few weeks ago. Coach Fabian was in the hot seat for this match with Wildcats searching for their second win in a row.

Wildcats dominated the first set and continued this form in the second showing some excellent serving, covering and attacking play. After 2 relatively easy sets, VK began making a comeback in the third and were leading at the half way point but Wildcats kept their cool and pushed on for the WIN, 3-0!

The second game of the day saw Hawks take on Kings Langley Chargers. Hawks were keen to maintain their undefeated season going against the team currently at the bottom of Division 2.

Chargers put in a good performance with some great pick ups from their Libro but Hawks kept to their game plan and completed the 3-0 victory in under and hour.

Many thanks as always to the officials for their time and the supporters who attended.
