It was the second meeting of the Clubs’ ladies teams. With the Queens Bees already putting in some strong performances this season, the Wildcats needed to be ‘on their game’.

The first set saw the QB’s start well with the Wildcats making some uncharacteristic mistakes. However, towards the middle of the set the Wildcats started to raise their performance levels, taking the set 25:17. The second set was a little more one sided with some excellent serving from Katy Hamilton, the QB’s just couldn’t receive it, with the score ending 25:9. The third set saw the Wildcats start well but the QB’s showed some real focus to not let this one go but despite their best efforts it wasn’t to be, the Wildcats taking the final set 25:19 and the match 3:0.
