Following the new general data protection regulation effective from 25th of May 2018, our club needs your active consent to retain your data (name, email, phone and emergency contact) and use it for club communications. A detailed document describing how we use and store your data is attached.

Can you please send an email before 1st of October 2018 if you agree that we handle your data as described in the document General Data Protection Regulation WHVC. If you did not send it, we will delete your information as required by law and you will not receive any further club communications.
