Festive Season starts well for WHVC

  • by

The club was involved in 3 League matches at the start of December and all of them were crackers (sorry!)

Wildcats started off with a home match against Red Eagles on Saturday afternoon. After a slow start Wildcats lost the first set 26-24. Coach Fabian changed the line up and the team got back to basics. Wildcats ended up winning the next 3 sets and taking a 3-1 WIN. Well done all the players involved, especially Lucy who was voted MVP! Wildcats are currently TOP of Division 1 with 3 out of 3 Wins so far.

Hawks hosted MK in the return fixture after they beat the Hawks on 19th November. Hawks were on top form and played some great volleyball. They made light work of their opposition beating MK 3-0. Congratulations to the whole squad and especially Zhen who was voted MVP. Hawks will be looking forward to the 13th Jan at Home to play their CUP Match Semi Final against MK, please put that date in your diary and come and support! ????

Queen Bees secured their second win of the season in what was a great match away at Kings Langley Warriors. The game went to a deciding 5th set with the Ladies getting the much deserved victory. Well done ladies! The team are currently sitting 3rd in the league table.

Well done to all the players and of course the officials without you we could not play our matches!
