The Falcons travelled to Luton for their Cup quarter final against The Red Eagles division 1 team. With the team missing a number of players Captain Tom called upon Vadim, Raza & Mat to the squad.

On a court with more coloured lines than the tube map Falcons lost the first set with a number of misjudgements whilst actually playing the better volleyball.They stepped things up in the second set and with it finely poised at 22-22 it was anyones. However, the Red Eagles upped their game and took that set too. 2-0 down in the match and facing defeat the Falcons tried their best but the opposition proved too strong taking the third and final set. With the scoreline not reflective of how close the match was as special mention must go to Raza who was awarded MVP and to Mat who played very well too.
