Falcons see off the KL Chargers

A strong Falcons line up proved too much for the Kings Langley Chargers although they didn’t have everything their own way.

The first set saw the opposition ‘charge’ into the lead and make the most of a slow start from the home team. However, the Falcons recovered well and some strong hitting from from the whole team led to a comfortable first set victory.

The second set was dominated from start to finish by the Falcons with the positivity from the first set continuing into the second. Some excellent setting from Guy and more strong hitting from the team saw Falcons take the set 25-10.

The third set followed a similar pattern but with a comfortable lead (24-18) and looking to finish in style, 5 opportunities came and went. The opportunity finally arrived and a big outside attack sealed the set and the victory 3-0. A great TEAM performance with Amedeo being voted MVP.
