The Men’s team failed to progress to the semi-finals of the cup competition after a 3-0 loss to MK City. The score line doesn’t reflect how close the match was with the first 2 sets going down to the wire before the home team raised their game in the 3rd set. Match report to follow.
Welcome to the Welwyn & Hatfield Volleyball Club!
We are a lively mixed club which welcomes players of all abilities. Our aim is to play the best Volleyball we can in a friendly, enjoyable atmosphere. We run competitive Men’s, Women’s and Junior teams in the Hertfordshire Volleyball Association Leagues. The club also offers those new to the sport match play opportunities through the HVA X-league as well as running an intra-club tournament each year. The normal league and indoor training season runs from September to April and in the summer months we play informal games outside at King George V Playing Fields (weather permitting).
