3 of the clubs teams began their competitive season last week. The Wildcats saw victory slip through there claws (sorry!) as they lost 2-3 to Leighton Buzzard, who are new to the league this year, when they played on Monday evening at SFO. Saturday saw a double-header between Vale and The Queen bees and Hawks with both games being played at RSS. The Queen bees lost 3-0 but showed good spirit throughout and played some great volleyball at times. With 3 players making their Hawks debut and a new team captain in Max, the team made a great start winning the first 2 sets. The third was a bit one-sided with Hawks coming away with a 0-3 WIN!

With no matches this week, the next game for the club is on 16th October when Hawks play Watford in the Cup.

Junior and Adult training will continue on a Saturday and Tuesday respectively.
