2008-2009 Indoor training

training During the summer we will be playing informal outside games (weather permitting) on Burnham Green on Monday evenings, starting between 6 and 6.30pm. All welcome.

2008/09 indoor training begins Monday 15th September, 7-9pm at the Gosling.
The initial few weeks of training will be used to decide upon the new team structures so please make every effort to attend the sessions
For the 2008/09 season, we will be formalising monday training sessions as follows:
  • 7.00-7.15: Warm-up and fitness
  • 7.15-8.15: Drills and Skills
  • 8.15-9.00: Match play (incl. Refereeing & Scoring training)
  • We also plan to have regular match training (Welwyn v Hatfield) every 3-4 weeks
